Statement from the Judging panel: We selected this paper for the Best Paper Award because it has the potential to make a broad and lasting impact on the field of EPR spectroscopy. By achieving a three-orders-of-magnitude improvement in pulsed EPR sensitivity while maintaining compatibility with conventional instrumentation, the work opens new opportunities for high-sensitivity EPR applications across diverse research fields.
